   We have a strict quality control system. The first part is IQC. All raw materials need to be inspected before they can go to the warehouse. The second part is QA in the production line. We have 2 QA stuffs who check the quality during production. Besides, all packing stuffs have the responsibility to make sure the good quality before doing package. The last part is FQC. Our QA manager has to do spot check when loading. Thus the three safety latches on quality has helped us gain a good reputation and considerable clients in the market.

 

   As a licensed factory, we have a yearly factory audit via SGS/BV. Meanwhile, we has gained FSC certificate. Also we are a member in Sedex.Also our carpet gripper/tack strip meets CARB-EPA, which is environmental-friendly; it also meets CRI-105 and it's in compliance with REACH chemical rules.Boxes have passed the yearly transit test by SGS/BV.The pre-nails passed the strength test by SGS/BV. We also have a variety of pre-nails,  like Japanese nails are for Australia market and New Zealand market.
